The washing process is added to ensure the socks meet high standards. We control this process to minimise the usage of chemicals and water wastage whilst still meeting customer requirements.

The boarding machine plays an important role to set sock sizes. Our internal process adjusts all factors in controlling the boarding machine to adjust for each sock size and style.

We offer a heat transfer service for our customer's socks in order to acheive company brand identity.

We provide a hand-finished packaging service to our valued customers.

We care about consumer safety as we pass 100% of our products through the in house metal detector before carton sealing. In addition, our factory also has procedures to control use of needles within the production.

Our R&D provides standards to production to ensure the finished products meet all customer standards. Rather than standalone auditing, we encourage in-station quality control which means every operator has ownership of the product quality.
